Booking acknowledgment

By booking your session, you acknowledge that payment is due in full at the time of booking and that you have read and agree to the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your time and energy matter, and so does mine. When you book a session, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Payment is collected in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

24+ hours’ notice:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. You may choose to reschedule your session or receive a full refund.

Less than 24 hours’ notice:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% may be refunded or applied toward a future session.

No-shows:
If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted me, the full session fee is non-refundable.

Unexpected Circumstances

I understand that life happens. If an unexpected emergency or circumstance outside of your control arises, please reach out as soon as possible. I will always approach these situations with compassion, discernment, and understanding and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

A Note About Your Investment

When you reserve a session, I set aside that time specifically for you and prepare to hold a supportive space for our work together. This policy allows me to honor that commitment while also respecting that circumstances can change.
